Ridgewood Fourth of July Parade line-up area Some helpful directions to reach the line-up area From the east: take Linwood Avenue towards Ridgewood, right onto North Pleasant Avenue, left onto Glen Avenue and straight through to Monroe Street. Only vehicles participating in the parade may enter the line-up area. Participants may be dropped off Godwin Avenue, Wilsey Square, or Glen Avenue. See map. Unauthorized vehicles will be stopped. Bands may take Glen Avenue to Heights Road (left if coming from Route 17), make a left on Madison dropping the participants at that corner, then continue to Crest Road, turn left onto Crest and continue back to Glen Avenue. Do not attempt to drive band buses down N. Monroe Street. Glen Rock parade participants: Fall in behind the Lincoln Ave. Division. Floats may enter only from the Wilsey Square end of Ridgewood Avenue. The Washington Place Division may enter only from the Wilsey Square/W. Ridgewood Ave. end of Washington Place. The parade ends at the corner of Northern Parkway and Linwood Avenue. There is ample parking in that area for parade participants.
